Bank of America has different areas in the bank that handle incoming and outgoing
calls as well as responding to customer mail. These customer contact areas are:

Global HR
Global Human Resources covers a wide range of areas including Payroll, Benefits,

Experience. The main goal is to support and guide all associates with questions
about their career and other important concerns that impact them both personally
and professionally. We also focus on reward and recognition programs which recognize
those who go above and beyond in their positions.
Legal
Bank of America's Legal Services supports the Canadian Lines of Business and Support
Partners in meeting their key objectives. Legal services manage legal and
regulatory risks for the bank by identifying and mitigating these risks.
We also provide education with respect to ongoing and emerging legal issues,
and assist with governance and reporting requirements.
Finance
The Finance Department is team of professionals, dedicated to maximizing the company’s
growth and profitability, while maintaining best-in-class asset control and balance
sheet management. Our mission is to provide sustainable, high value influence and
direction for key business decisions and actions, as well as provide effective controls
to ensure satisfactory internal and external audit reviews. The Department
manages these goals through the following functions: Planning and Management Reporting,
Profitability and Data Analysis, Accounts Payable, General Ledger/Accounting, Settlement,
Reconciliation, Regulatory Reporting, and Financial Applications support
Learning and Leadership Development
Learning & Leadership Development is a team of professionals, dedicated to driving
the company's growth through providing our business partners with unsurpassed expertise
to meet these top priorities:
