on which Line of Business or Business Unit you are considering, the key elements
remain the same.

- Recruiter reviews and identifies those candidates whose skills and experiences match
the job requirements as detailed in the job description.
- Those candidates who have the experience and skills that best match the role will
be selected to continue through the process.
- Candidates chosen to move forward in the interview process will be notified by a
Bank of America associate with next steps.
- Please note: Some positions may require assessments during the selection process.
The recruiter will inform the candidate if this applies to the position he or she
is seeking.
- The interview/screening process varies with each opportunity. The recruiter will
communicate the process and interview timeline for the position.
- If an offer is extended, a background check will be initiated for all external hires
or rehires prior to start date.
- If a candidate is not selected to continue in the hiring process for a particular
job opening, the candidate is encouraged to continue to search the Bank of America
career site and continue to apply to other positions that fit his/her background
and experience.
Selection Process
The selection process comprises of the following -
- Aptitude test – candidates are tested on numerical ability, English grammar,
comprehension and logical reasoning
- Personal Information & Essay writing
- HR-Interview
- Typing test
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Final HR Interview
- Additional Interviews (as appropriate)
Please note: Depending on the position applied, some of the above may or may not
apply. Candidates, who applied for a Team Member position and were not selected,
can re-apply after a period of three months.
Campus Placements
BA Continuum participates in many campus placements throughout November and December.
Please note: Final year Graduates who are in their
final semester or awaiting Final Year results and do not have any backlogs are eligible
to apply. They should have scored a min of 50% in their First and second year and
should have the mark sheet to prove the same.

BA Continuum regularly participates in Jumbo Job fairs, newspaper advertisements
and monthly referral drives. Some of the events we have participated in are:

is the best way to find open positions?
Use the ‘Job Postings’ page to find the current positions available
with us. In case your profile does not match any of the available positions, please
register your profile with us by clicking the 'Register a Profile' button in the
opportunities section.
- How
do I get to know the status of my candidature?
Your resume, once entered online on our portal, will be updated in our resume database.
Our recruiters would screen your profile based on your skills, strengths and areas
of interest. A recruiter may contact you if your skill sets and background match
any of the available positions with us. Your resume will remain active in our database
for up to one year and will be considered for future positions.
After successfully registering your profile online, you will receive a Candidate
ID in your email. Please save this ID and use it along with your e-mail ID for any
status queries that you may have in the future by going to the Job postings View
Status link.
- How
do I apply for a position other than what I have applied for previously?
You will be able to apply for other positions available without having to enter
the details again by entering your Candidate ID and email id, after clicking on
the “Apply” button against an available position.

documents should I bring when I attend the interview?
- Copy of updated resume
- Marks sheets for all years of Graduation and Post Graduation.
- Degree certificate(s) or Provisional certificate(s)

can I get more details regarding the background verification done by BA Continuum?
In BA Continuum, employee integrity is an important aspect; therefore as a mandatory
requirement, we conduct a thorough background check of all our candidates. As per
our process we would verify the information filled in by the candidate in the Candidate
Information Sheet at the time of the interview and all his / her documents mentioned
in the checklist above are verified with the issued institution. Any discrepancy
due to forgery or manipulation in the information sheet or the documents can result
in the withdrawal of the offer.
- What
are the working hours at BA Continuum?
We work on a 24/7 schedule. All prospective candidates should be prepared to work
in night shifts.
