- "Top Tier" Asia Financial Institutions [including Institutional Investors]
- US and European Multi-nationals operating in Asia
As a CIB senior coverage officer, you will:
- Manage a high-profile client portfolio and lead client teams responsible for delivering the strength of Bank of America to drive growth for our clients as well as for the bank
- Create opportunities for clients by leveraging the bank's broad expertise and resources
- Partner with product and industry specialists to seamlessly deliver insightful solutions
- Gain a level of client access and understanding that distinguishes Bank of America client teams from other financial institutions
Treasury Management and Trade Solutions
Bank of America is a leading provider of treasury management, liquidity management and global trade solutions as well as information reporting services. We are positioned to assist large corporations, multinationals, financial institutions and government agencies manage their operations and global cash flows.

Our Global Human Resources associates must display strong business acumen, relationship building and strategic partnership and execution across several businesses.
In the Asia region, there are three primary areas within the Global Human Resources team:
- Regional Line of Business HR: These HR leaders partner with the most senior regional business executives to ensure HR capabilities are aligned with business unit plans, and work together with the Executives to ensure successful execution of business plans across the region.
- Regional HR specialty functions: The teams in Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning & Leadership Development provide expertise and build sophisticated solutions to meet business growth plans.
- Country HR: These associates provide local expertise in labor markets, compensation and benefits trends, and employment law to the enterprise. They also manage and deliver local recruiting, compensation and payroll, associate relations, and compliance.
Asia Technology
Asia Technology provides or coordinates all technology support for Bank of America. The technology team provides our business partners with direction for network, desktop, mainframe, software design and development, application delivery and hosting, architecture and system support and maintenance.
Compliance
The Bank operates in a highly regulated environment. Compliance works with business and control partners to create a compliance-conscious culture.
Corporate Security and International Services
Corporate Security and International Services is responsible for the investigation of alleged financial crimes and money laundering activities and the protection of the Bank’s assets.
Corporate Workplace
Corporate Workplace, in conjunction with a global facilities partner, is responsible for all real estate-related issues across Asia. These include lease acquisitions, disposals and renewals, construction, maintenance and facilities management. Our services include assisting our client lines of business with planning their space needs to meet business objectives, and ensuring our clients are comfortable through the efficient operation of our facilities.
Finance
The Finance team ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial information and reporting for business units operating in Asia. The team’s role is business measurement, financial and regulatory reporting, planning and forecasting. In addition, Finance acts as an advisor to senior management, analyzing the reasons for financial results and helping drive the decision-making process.
Legal
The Legal Department provides professional legal services to Bank of America and its subsidiaries throughout Asia. The department provides counsel on all planned new products and services, business setup proposals and resolution of disputes. Legal also plays an active role in risk management and works closely with other support groups such as Compliance, Audit, Finance, Tax and Corporate Security to identify and mitigate risk.
