Card Services

Bank of America Europe Card Services is the number one credit card lender in Europe, with operations in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Spain. Serving over seven million customers, Bank of America Europe Card Services provides credit card services in affinity with over 900 partners. One of the main principles of the bank is responsible lending, and this is done through a variety of techniques to make the right decision.

Global Investment Banking

Bank of America is committed to building its capital markets and investment banking businesses in Europe methodically and in specific areas where the company can attain a leadership position and/or fulfil its global client's needs.

Global Investment Banking focuses on the following industry groups in the region: Consumer and Retail, Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Global Industries, Natural Resources, Media, Telecom and Technology and Real Estate & Gaming.

Global Markets

Bank of America's Global Markets group supports clients across the world through close global coordination of the major market presences in New York, Charlotte, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Areas of focus include: foreign exchange, flow and structured rates, distressed debt, equity derivatives, credit spread trading, government bond and repos, high yield and international treasury.

The Global Markets group focuses on building Bank of America's strength with European and U.S. Corporates and Sponsor clients in areas such as asset and liability management, global structured finance, high grade debt capital markets and loan syndications, high yield and leveraged loan markets.

Global Product Solutions

The Global Product Solutions group is a leading global provider of integrated working capital management solutions, focused on relationships with targeted clients, primarily: multinationals, U.S. businesses, financial institutions, the U.S. government and its agencies.

The group provides solutions for working capital needs through the dedication of people and technology and the exceptional delivery of full-service transaction capabilities in treasury management, FX dealing, short-term investments, financing and trade services.

Leasing

Banc of America Leasing Capital Markets International Origination is headquartered in the U.S. with offices in London and Frankfurt. It is part of Banc of America Leasing, one of the largest bank-owned global leasing companies, with owned assets of approximately US$20bn. In addition to acting as investor in many equipment financing transactions, the group performs a variety of other roles, including lease advisory, lease arranging and debt/equity syndication services.

Vendor Finance

Global Vendor Finance provides sales aid finance programmes for U.S. and European high technology and other manufacturers including software providers. Facilities are provided in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Switzerland through the purchase or assignment of the vendor's lease, instalment credit, conditional sale or loan agreements with their end-users. The European group works closely with its U.S.-based colleagues to provide bespoke solutions to vendors with revenues in excess of US$50mm.

Corporate Aircraft Finance

Corporate Aircraft Finance is the world's largest bank-owned lessor / financier of corporate aircraft and offers a wide range of loan and lease products (including off-balance sheet operating leases) for all types of corporate aircraft and helicopters.

Business Capital

Bank of America Business Capital helps European companies leverage assets in order to meet acquisition and working capital needs. It does this by tailoring loan facilities based on analysis of receivables, inventory and other assets. The group also provides term loans based on the value of machinery, equipment, property and other owned assets, providing facilities in any combination of hard currencies. The group's focus is on UK and European mid-sized corporates with financing requirements in excess of £10mm and with more than £40mm in annual sales.

Columbia Management

Columbia Management is the primary investment division of Bank of America and offers clients a full range of world-class investment products and services, including highly competitive short, intermediate and long-term investment products. The group works with clients to identify their requirements and create a unique investment solution. The business's current product offering to EMEA clients includes cash, fixed income, equity and alternative products.

LaSalle Global Trust Services

With offices in the U.S. and Europe, LaSalle Global Trust Services is a global market leader and premier provider of trust and agency services to the capital markets worldwide. The business provides clients with trust administration, calculation and paying agency, custody, collateral management, loan administration, bond administration, investor reporting and security analytics.
